Q: Never suffered from it before, but suddenly I’m getting cramps. Have you any advice on this annoying problem?

A: In warm weather, fluid loss through sweating can cause low electrolyte levels, which is
a cause of cramp. I suggest you use an electrolyte drink and eat bananas to increase your potassium intake.
