Riding for 100% ME in the UK and for the GB Academy in Italy, Alex Dowsett’s time trial bike of choice is this speed machine from Terry Dolan.

Dolan has supplied various top riders and GB teams with frames over the years and they are still obviously pleased with them.

Pretty standard equipment selection from Shimano, although like Bradley Wiggins, Dowsett favours a Rolls saddle, this one proudly showing off the colours of the union flag.

Zipp wheels are a popular choice among many top testers but we were surprised to see a young lad like Alex using an old Avocet computer.
