Robert Hicks is a health and fitness writer for Cycling Weekly, Cycling Active and Cycling Fitness magazines. Since graduating from university with a degree in sports science, Robert has written for national newspapers and numerous lifestyle magazines along side the cycling mags. He is also co-author of Fitter, Further, Faster; the complete guide to sportive riding, which is published by Bloomsbury. He is a keen cyclist, cricketer and wannabe golfer.
