A study published in Annals of Internal Medicine found no evidence to support the health benefits of organic foods.

It did, however, find that organic produce was less likely to be contaminated with pesticides and that any bacteria found in organically produced meat were less likely to be resistant to antibiotics.

Many experts however, have warned people to interpret the results with caution, due to the high variation between the reviewed studies and its results.

Further, deeper research is needed to fully look at the differences.
