Does anyone have an idea how to get rid of fluid on the kneecap? (I tripped and landed with it across a brick about 6 weeks back).
I've tried bags of frozen peas, tubular bandages, glucosamine pills and ointment, plus I've reduced the commute and gone back to the flat route instead of the long hilly one. It's strapped up and up in the air whenever I'm at home.
