I have been clocking up miles for the SUS08 which is quite a hilly sportive, The big question is when to stop or taper down training, I really don't know how much is enough but time limits me to a couple of 50 mile runs and 3 or thirty milers per week since september so it will have to do, Also done 4 80+ mile runs since spring. The sportive is on the 13th july so give me a date to halt or taper down, go to gym or veg out and watch Le tour! I want the legs to be fresh but not lose form. |
