Hi all, i have been back on the bike for about 6 weeks now after a long lay off, i have been averaging approx 100 miles per week and have caught a head cold (coughing, sore throat) and feeling tired on the bike. Do i have a weeks rest, or carry on with steady rides? i don't want to stay off the bike and loose the form i have built up. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Kind regards, Andrew. |
