Since you have been working out really hard on the bike you should give yourself three days off the bike so your body recovers quickly, otherwise you might cause some damage to your lungs, muscles and tendons since your immune system is low. Being three days off the bike won't make you lose the endurance you've acquired during these past six weeks.
