In a good way?
No, in a very bad way. They are puncture resistant but offer very poor grip on even damp roads. I'd spin the back wheel climbing while seated and braking downhill was an interesting experience.
I've found running Michelin Pro2 Races in winter as good as anything. Didn't have one puncture on them last autumn or winter (and only one this summer - a piece of wire that went through the rubber but not the material beneath). The Pro3 is supposed to be more puncture resistant so I'll be running them through winter.
