Campag Chain Rings

Is it possible to swap the 48t ring on a campag veloce compact chainset with a replacement 50t ring?
If so, where can one source replacement rings?
Ideally, I want a Centaur 50/34 ultradrive, but I think I had the last one off ebay a little while ago. There appear to be no more in the World.
