i would agree with the nikwax suggestion great stuff and work a treat at reproofing jackets, if thats the problem you'll be amazed at the results.

recently bought (with no other options available) a parachute-in-a-sac. wore it in the cold and wet but ended up wetter inside than out, they are like tinfoil on the inside!

can anyone suggest a CHEAP jacket to help keep you warm and possibly dry that is small enough to easily fit in a jersey pocket. something even the parachute in a sac fails miserably at!
