Hi all, I am a newbie and share lcfmonkey's problem. I find it very difficult to maintain the heart rate zone I hoped I would i.e. it's always much higher. The 220 - age is probably about right for me give or take a few beats, I dont think it realy matters at this stage for me. I am just going to keep plodding along hoping that I will start to see some difference in my heart rate vs speed, incline and effort. Can anyone advise on the best heart rate zone to train in I am mainly looking to increae the distance I can cycle in one session. Thanks UserOne
