Porridge.....simple you cant go wrong, always go for something with low GI (slow release carbs). Winegoblin no wonder you get the munchies eating weetabix...high GI....bad news buddy always go for something oat based even if it's a snack. I think nutrigrain do some oat bars which are good if you are in a rush.
