I have the latest edition of cycling weekly fitness summer and have been trying to use the training plans. firstly I am not sure whether I am a fitness, regular or elite cyclist! The regular time commitment of 1 hour per week day probably suits my life style but it looks quite tough. I am training for a 44o mile cycle across china in october so I dont know whether I just need miles under my belt or I could benefit from a more structured training plan. I have the opportunity to commute to work mon - Friday about 15 miles but again this does not seem to fit in with the training plans? Lastly I am mainly a MTB rider but I do have cyclo cross single speed (all my bikes are single speed - another problem). Help please - confused from Kent! |
