Your saddle may be nose high, drop it so it is level or slightly nose down, it may be a soft saddle saddle which can cause problems. As for the feet, your shoes may be over tightened even if they are the right size. Also the fact that you have to stand up for so long may be affecting your feet, I would guess if you get the saddle right the feet should improve!
