you have finished the etape the tour and you are worried about weight loss - you must be doing someting right - start a weight loss programme without the bike involved..muscle weights more than fat..less pressure then...some of the snacks we have on the bikes have too many calories and we proberly dont need them - my body is not like an athlete( my mrs says so!). just finish that beer and you will be fine( i am the same weight but power output is improving!) daveno7 |
