Hi Dongo,
massi talks a lot of sense there. I think it tends to be the little between snacks, rather than meals themselves that do the damage.
Having said that, I did have some weight loss success by slightly reducing portion sizes at mealtimes, and cutting down on booze, crisps, cakes and biscuits etc.
Life is still bearable!
