Spinning is great for weight loss and keeping your cardio vascular fitness up when you can't go out for a hack regularly .ie too wet/dark /late etc

Spinning or programmed cycling (Technogym) gives you more disciple in terms of intensity of effort as its easy to freewheel out on the bike. Try freewheeling on a spinning bike
