I love my SIS Rego. It's tastes like a lovely thick milkshake!

I use a bottle of SIS energy with electrolite.
A bottle of water.
An energy bar or gell for long rides.

I recover with a pint of London Pride and imediately fall asleep.

Hey guys, I'm a bit new to this forum but I'll stick in my two penneth. I used to use the SIS stuff (PSP22, GO and REGO) but I've just found somewhere that sells the raw materials, so to speak, for about a fifth of the cost ( www.myprotein.co.uk ). The site seems to be aimed towards the bodybuilding market but the guys on the forum seem really clued up too. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and am really impressed. Maltodextrin is the PSP22, put in 2% electrolytes and you've got GO and make up that in a 3:1 ratio with protein for the REGO. Put in this referrer code for 5% off your first order too ( mp66916 ). And honestly I don't work for them, it just annoys how much the big companies charge for their products.
