I've just started training again after a very long lay off and considered myself a reasonsable cyclist 10 years ago, how long is it going to take me to find some form/fitness I've been training for about 6 months.

Remember you're 10 years older too !!! the hills seem to have grown longer and a wee bit steeper.Roads are far worse for wear and a good bit busier, hope this won't depress you.Good luck, enjoy the cycling, things can only get better

I've just started again (10 months ago and I was pants the first time round) and It's still hard work but having shed 2 stone and having a ball It's definately worth the pain.
