3 Versus 4 Week Training Cycle
      #22627 - 29/05/2008 03:47

I am a 62 year-old rider. Your Committed Cyclist Training Program described in the Health & Fitness Spring Riding Guide appears to follow the format of 3 work weeks followed by a recovery week.

Some programs prefer riders of my age to work for only two weeks before taking a recovery week. What is your opinion regarding this matter?

If you support the shorter 2 week work schedule, how would you adjust your programme to accomodate this change?

Thanks,

Old Man on Bike
