Hi, I've had to start training on the turbo due to an injury and was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of some good manuals/books for turbo training. I have looked at the tacx site and woul like to compare it with some other ideas. Cheers in advance Dave

Our beloved mag was selling a turbo training dvd for £1 but it looks to be a tenner now. I am sure a someone on the forum will have one lying about unused. Not sure if it's good or not but Victoria Pendleton is in it so it has some merits.

www.2peak.com do trainer specific workouts and offer a 21 day free trial. There plans are 'dynamic' too so if you miss a workout or a workout leaves you more tired than expected you can adjust the plan.

Cheers for all your help. I have found a cracking book, with loads of different exercises in for use with the turbo and recommend to it other riders. It is 'Workouts, In a binder, for Indoor Cycling' Dave
