Hi all just done my first session on a trainer, it was hell on earth. Has to be good for you, must of lost 1/2 stone in sweat.

Did you stick a big fan in front of you? Makes a lot of difference to the sweating.

Go to shop buy the biggest fan you can find, What type did you end up getting, They are a thing of evil!

But it's how bfergie provides power for his home. When his wife wants to watch Gok's fashion f'k ups, it's off to the shed for bf.
In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he powers the entire local community. That's why he has so much time to post on here cos when the other hillbillies from his local community go on the 3 hour round trip to the spar, he has nothing to do.
