From the Queen’s Jubilee to the Olympic Games, this summer won’t be short of patriotic opportunities, but we guarantee you won’t find a more wonderfully British day out on your bike than at Bike Blenheim Palace 2012.
For the first time ever the event will be running over two days with a 20km time trial, a new 40km off-road sportive and a Bike Polo tournament on the Saturday, while the Sunday brings the 60 or 100-mile Cycling Weekly-sponsored sportive, the famous Brompton World Championships, and the more leisurely 26.2-mile Breast Cancer Care ‘Pink Ribbonride’.
On both days there will be safe, car-free, family-friendly cycle routes through the Palace’s grounds, cycle skill courses for children, and a huge range of exhibitors and entertainment from bike businesses in the Event Village.
Bike Blenheim Palace runs from August 18-19. For the full range of entry prices and to register for any of the rides please visit the Bike Blenheim Palace website.
