Come and join us at the 2013 Surrey Hills Cyclone Sportive on Sunday, April 21, part of the Cycling Weekly Sportive Series.
Riders finishing four or more of the events in the Cycling Weekly Sportive series (listed below) will receive a ‘Cycling Weekly Sportive Honours’ trophy in recognition of their achievement.
Entries are still available for the Surrey Hills Cyclone, which features three route lengths through the picturesque hills and lanes of the North Downs: 28, 68 and 85 miles. Whichever route you choose, the ride will offer a fantastic spring challenge to set the scene for your cycling year.
All routes start and finish at Epsom Racecourse, and this new venue has plenty of parking and outstanding facilities. The full-blown 85-mile Epic route delves deep into Surrey and will provide a robust challenge for any rider. The Standard route is no less challenging at 61 miles and still includes all of the major climbs. The 28-mile Short route incorporates the best of the area in a compact package. All routes are suitable for a wide range of riders. Although the hills are testing, any rider with a reasonable level of fitness and preparation will conquer them.
