Big brands and star riders line up for this year's Cycle Show

This year's Cycle Show is promising to be the biggest yet, with over 300 exhibitors lined up alongside a host of well-known pro riders.

The 2016 Cycle Show runs over September 23-25 at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, providing an opportunity to see a huge selection of 2017 bikes, products and accessories, many for the first time in the UK.

Among the manufacturers showing their wares will be Cube, Canyon, Ribble, Planet-X, Trek, Bianchi, Colnago, Boardman, Whyte, KTM, Hope, SRAM, Lazer, FSA, Shimano, Cinelli, Kinesis, Ritte, Primal, Pinarello, Schwalbe, Deda, Lapierre, Mondraker, Storck, Condor, Campagnolo.

Joining them for the first time at this 15th edition of the show will be Cannondale, Orange Bikes and Merckx.

A strong line-up of pro riders past and present will be on hand, many taking to the stage at the show to talk about their experiences and pass on their knowledge.

Olympic gold medallists from the Rio 2016 Games Ed Clancy and Joanna Rowsell Shand will be speaking on the main interview stage.

Other top names present at the show include Chris Boardman, Dani King, the Athertons, Manon Carpenter, Callum Skinner and trials king Danny MacAskill.

It's not just a case of looking at the latest bikes – you can try them out too. An extensive selection of bikes will be available to ride on one of the test tracks, which in total stretch to four kilometres.

Forty road bikes from manufacturers including Trek, Bianchi, Canyon, Condor and Pinarello will be available to try out.
