Sir Bradley Wiggins hinted during a television interview that Mark Cavendish will be leaving Belgian squad Etixx-QuickStep at the end of the 2015 season.

Wiggins was talking to Sky Sports about his partnership with Cavendish in the Madison event on the track. When asked whether he would be appearing with Cavendish again on the track, Wiggins said: "Depending on what his programme is there is a chance that we will ride the Worlds together next year in London in the Madison, which will be nice. Obviously he's changing teams and stuff, so we can see how it pans out."

Nigel Wynn worked as associate editor on CyclingWeekly.com, he worked almost single-handedly on the Cycling Weekly website in its early days. His passion for cycling, his writing and his creativity, as well as his hard work and dedication, were the original driving force behind the website’s success. Without him, CyclingWeekly.com would certainly not exist on the size and scale that it enjoys today. Nigel sadly passed away, following a brave battle with a cancer-related illness, in 2018. He was a highly valued colleague, and more importantly, an exceptional person to work with - his presence is sorely missed.
