Ribble Valley Cycling Festival will screen Bradley Wiggins's Hour Record attempt on Sunday

Sir Bradley Wiggins’s adopted home county is screening his UCI Hour Record attempt on a big screen on Sunday as part of a wider cycling festival.

Wiggins, who resides in the Lancashire village of Eccleston, will attempt to better Alex Dowsett’s current record in London with his stated aim to ride more than 55km.
