BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION LAUNCHES NEW WORLD EXPERIENCES

The British Heart Foundation has launched a new range of World experience events for 2007/8, including a cycling trip in Egypt.

The trip aims to show people an interesting corner of the world but with an additional emphasis on exercise that is good for your heart. The cycling trip lasts nine days and takes place from November 24 to December 2nd 2007. Starting in Cairo, the route follows the River Nile and passes though Esna and Aswan, before finishing in Luxor. Although the terrain is flat, it is described as ?challenging? as roads are dusty and in poor condition.
