Chris Froome facing tough day in mountains suffering from bruises and swelling after crashing during stage six

Sky's Chris Froome, one day after crashing, will have to try to save his yellow jersey when the Critérium du Dauphiné finishes at Finhaut-Emosson in Switzerland.

"It's the biggest stage of the Dauphiné. I'll have to see how I'm feeling, but I'll obviously do what I can to try to save the jersey," Froome said.
