Chris Froome to share physiological testing results
Esquire magazine has been chosen as the location where Chris Froome will reveal the results of his physiological testing on December 3
Chris Froome will release the results and analysis of his physiological testing in Esquire magazine on December 3.
The double Tour de France winner made the announcement on Twitter over the weekend, stating that the sports scientists had completed their analysis of his recent testing and that carried out at the World Cycling Centre in 2007.
Esquire may not be your first port of call for sporting news, given that it doesn't have a section for sport on the home page of its website (it does have one for watches).
Froome's testing this summer comes as a result of criticism and innuendo aimed at him during this year's Tour de France, claiming that his performances were strong as a result of doping.
The Sky rider was forced to defend himself in the press after most stages of the race, during which he had to endure physical and verbal abuse.
Froome denied that the physiological testing was a way to prove he wasn't doping, claiming that he merely wants to find out what makes him the athlete that he is.
