London bike shop Condor with its near-neighbour and cycling-themed cafe Look Mum No Hands and French component-maker Mavic are jointly hosting a Tour de France celebration tomorrow Sunday 11th July and in the best tradition of such things, there is the chance of prizes for anyone who comes.

The cafe will be screening the Tour de France on its giant screen all afternoon from 2pm and while you gently settle into the atmosphere, Condor won’t waste the opportunity to seduce you with special Mavic-yellow versions of their carbon Baracchi frame built up with the 2011 Cosmic and R-Sys wheelsets.

To win prizes, you just need to complete a card and names will be pulled out of a hat at the ad breaks.

If you can’t make it tomorrow, the whole affair will be repeated on Thursday 22nd, when the Tour will most likely reach its climax on the Tourmalet and the whole cycling world will be holding an official holiday.

Of course, if anyone was going to blag one of the yellow Mavic
‘service de course’ motorbikes for their Tour de France window display
it would be Condor and sure enough they’ve gone to town with the yellow
theme there, too.
