Team Dimension Data ditches the black jersey they wore for the first races of the season in Australia for the white and black one we saw before Christmas

It’s one of the worst-kept secret in cycling, but Dimension Data revealed their new racing kit at the Tour Down Under on Friday morning…and it’s the white one that was revealed before Christmas!

We, and most of the rest of the cycling world, reported a sneak peek if the new white, black and green jersey on December 23 when it appeared on the UCI website.

Then the African team caused a bit of confusion in the first few races of the season Down Under by wearing a black kit, leaving us questioning what had happened to original one.

But in a stunt on-stage at the unveiling, the Dimension Data riders peeled off their black jerseys to reveal the white ones we’d been expecting all along.

While the kit isn’t as eye-catching as the black and white stripes of MTN-Qhubeka’s 2015 kit, at least the white will stand out in a see of black and dark blue jerseys that have swamped the peloton in recent years.
