Riders from the Australian Pro-Continental Drapac team have found an unlikely way to take a break during a training ride.
Whilst out training ahead of the Herald Sun Tour, which starts on Wednesday Feburary 3, four of the riders helped a stranded motorist by giving them a push start down a main road.

Most impressively of all is how well the four cyclists are able to run in their road cleats, with not one of them slipping or taking a dive.
The good samaritans were rewarded with congratulatory laughter from their teammates who captured the good deed from the side of the road.

The footage was captured by Drapac rider Adam Phelan. The Australian is in his sixth season with the squad and will be looking to better his 10th place finish in the young rider competition at the Tour Down Under last month.
