Cancellara out of Classics after E3 Harelbeke crash

The Swiss Classics specialist was forced to abandon after a heavy crash at E3 and will now miss the Classics with injury

Classics favourite Fabian Cancellara will miss the Tour of Flanders and Paris-Roubaix after suffering two fractures to the lower part of his back, in a crash at Friday's E3 Harelbeke.

Cancellara came unseated in a huge crash within the first hour of E3 and abandoned the race shortly afterwards.
