A multitude of the biggest brands in cycling showcase their latest wares for The London Bike Show, hosted at ExCeL London between 11th – 14th February 2016. The four day event allows the public to engage first hand with brands spanning the cycling industry’s entire spectrum, providing opportunities to get to grips with the latest technology and obtain expert advice.
Encompassing nutrition, clothing, cycling holidays and of course bikes; The London Bike Show entices all levels of enthusiasts to visit the great event.
With such a diverse selection of bikes in the spotlight at The London Bike Show, it can be a dizzying task knowing what to seek out first, so here is a guide to the must see innovations on display at the show.
Pure Fix Cycles - Glow
Founded just six years ago in America, Pure Fix was established by three students during their time studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, born with intention of inspiring more people to get on their bike and hit the road.
They soon established that affordability was a major stumbling block for those interested in riding, so set about creating fixed gear single-speed bikes with fantastic style at an inviting price. Such ambitions have not hindered them in pursuit of innovation however, presenting the Glow series of models at The London Bike Show to prove just that.

Doing exactly what they say, these bikes absorb the day’s sunshine and then later produce a sensational glow once darkness has fallen. All Pure Fix bikes can be customised in a variety of ways, from matching nuts and bolts to a set of wheels.
Pedibal - Supremalectric
Pedibal have established themselves with a series of unique balance bikes that are able to adapt as a child grows; progressing from balance bike to pedal bike with ease.

Their latest innovation to be launched is the Supremalectric, aimed at those from 12 years old to adult, for riders who missed out on learning to ride a bike at a younger age.
Possessing the same balance bike to pedal bike capabilities of its sister bikes, the Supremalectric goes one step further and offers the possibility of equipping a Mid Drive electric motor to convert it effectively into an e-bike. Still retaining its ability to fold for storage and carrying, the Supremalectric ticks all the boxes as an extraordinarily versatile bike.
Spray.Bike
The product of an ambition that survived Greece’s spectacular economic slide, Spray.Bike are the first dedicated range of bicycle specific spray paints to have been created for the public.
A three-way collaboration amongst Brick Lane Bikes, Vicious Cycles Athens and paint manufacture Cosmos Lac; Spray.Bike have bottled the entire rainbow within their cool chrome cans and will be on hand during the show to help with all manner of painting and design questions.
Litelok

Invented as the solution to cyclists having to carry bulky bike locks around with them when out riding, Litelok offers a robust and portable alternative.
By creating Boaflexicore material especially to solve this issue, Litelock can sustain attacks from bolt croppers, cable cutters and even hacksaws; remaining cyclist friendly when not in use thanks to the flexibility granted by its composite material.

Sherlock
Calling itself the invisible anti-theft device, Sherlock is a revolutionary creation that can be embedded within your bike and combines with your smartphone device to react live to any attempt to steal your bike.
An alarm can also sound when the bike is moved, acting as a deterrent to those attempting to steal your bike as you react to the app’s initial alert. Slated for official release by mid-2016, Sherlock will be attending The London Bike Show to provide exclusive insight and demonstration of how this futuristic piece of tech works.
The app even integrates Strava, allowing you to record your efforts between coffee stops with ease.
