HOY bikes will sponsor the 2013-14 Revolution Series Future Stars races. The company, whose bikes are designed by Sir Chris Hoy, will give a HOY bike to the winners of the boy’s and girl’s leagues.

The Future Stars series gives the most talented 15- and 16-year-old riders in Britain the opportunity to race at velodromes in London, Manchester and Glasgow in front of sell-out crowd.

London 2012 gold medallists Peter Kennaugh and Steven Burke both came through the Future Stars races and Hoy hopes that more stars will emerge this year.

“HOY bikes all about inspiring people to ride and the Future Stars competition reflects this perfectly, paving the way for the next wave of Olympic champions,” six-time Olympic gold medallist Sir Chris said.

The 2014 Revolution Series, which debuts in London at the Olympic Velodrome at Lee Valley VeloPark in March, will host a UCI classified competition for the first time, in which riders can earn World Cup qualification points.
