If you've been inspired by the exploits of the British women's team pursuit squad, then you could soon be riding their old race bikes as Sarah Storey looks to clear out her garage.

The six-time Paralympic cycling champion is selling off old race bikes from the Podium Ambition cycling team, including those of Joanna Rowsell-Shand and Katie Archibald, which can be bought for just £792 each.

The Ridely Helium SLs are the old race bikes of the Podium Ambition team

The bikes are Ridley Helium SLs (both in medium) with Shimano Ultegra shifting, Shimano 105 brakes, and an FSA crankset. The wheels that are included at that price are Shimano RS11s, although you can also buy Dura-Ace C35s or C50s at an extra cost.

Apart from the bikes, Storey is also selling a Pro-Lite time trial disc wheel through her Facebook page, which costs almost as much as the bikes at £720, and has already sold her own training bike for the same price.

Admittedly none of these bikes are quite as tasty as the Cervelo T5GB track bike that Rowsell-Shand and Archibald are riding in the Rio velodrome, and they might not be in perfect condition after a season of racing. However we're sure they'll still find a loving home somewhere.
