Former Olympic and world champion, Tour de France stage winner and British cycling legend Chris Boardman will open Cycling Weekly’s first cyclo-sportive of 2013, the Wiltshire Wildcat, on Sunday, March 10.

Boardman will open the series at 8am and will ride around the 34-mile route and will be available for signing and photos from approximately 12noon when he returns to the ride HQ at Salisbury Race Course, Netherhampton, Salisbury SP2 8PN.

Places are still available for riders, and if you book before the end of play Thursday (March 7) to guarantee a goody bag and a Gatorade product pack worth £10 (Gatorade products pictured below).

Entry on the line is also available – the registration desk opens from 7.30am.

Boardman will be showcasing a range of models from the Elite bike range.
