Lance Armstrong has pulled out of his much anticipated appearance at the One Zero Conference in Dublin on Friday, reportedly citing legal concerns.

Organisers confirmed that no refunds will be made on the tickets to the conference, but said that the American former rider had let many people down with his late withdrawal.
