The next event in the Evans Cycles Ride It! series takes place at Albury, near Guildford, this weekend Saturday May 31 & Sunday June 1 (mountain bike on Saturday and road on Sunday).

This series of organised road and off-road rides are designed to take the hassle out of your weekend riding. They are non-competitive with an emphasis on riding with others, cycling in new areas and sampling some of the best off-road riding the UK has to offer.

Fully marked routes, mechanical service, Memory Map and SiS food and drink are all included in the entry fee, which is £12.50 on the day or £10 in advance. Kids ride for free. Demo bikes from Pinnacle can be booked via the Ride It! website and clothing from Gore Bike Wear will be available to test.

ROUTE DESCRIPTION
Sunday?s road ride is based at Albury Cricket Club (GU5 9DB). This is a really picturesque ride that weaves around the North Downs and lanes of Surrey fully utilising the beautiful, quiet, tree lined lanes of the area. Riding south away from the Downs, we loop back on ourselves and have the looming hulk of the hills as a target for the finish of the ride. A great, fast descent rounds off this spectacular ride perfectly!
