The Quick Step-Innergetic cycling team has sent out a press release denying that any of its riders were involved in today’s doping raids across Belgium.

According to the team, only one of its soigneurs’ properties was searched this morning during the raids conducted by police on behalf of the Belgian public prosecutor’s office. Computer and communication equipment was confiscated and the soigneur questioned by officials, before being released this afternoon.

According to initial reports coming from Belgium, several Quick Step riders’ homes were searched and doping products found.
