Rigoberto Uran joins Cannondale-Garmin for 2016

Colombian will move to the American team after two years at Etixx - Quick-Step with a win at the Giro d'Italia the main goal

Cannondale-Garmin have confirmed the signing of Rigoberto Uran from Etixx - Quick-Step for the 2016 season, with the Colombian climber targeting overall victory at the Giro d'Italia.

Uran has twice finished on the podium at the Giro, second in both 2013, when he rode for Team Sky, and 2014 with the then Omega-Pharma - Quick-Step team.
