The BBC and British Eurosport have unveiled their schedules of live broadcasts from this year's Road World Championships in Varese, Italy, starting on Wednesday.
BBC COVERAGE
Viewers with digital television services will be able to press their red button to access BBCi's extensive live coverage of the men's and women's time trial and road race events from Wednesday (September 24) to Sunday (September 28).
Highlights of the time trials will be shown on BBC1 on Saturday afternoon, with the women's road race in the evening on BBC2. The following day (Sunday), there will be highlights of the men's road race on BBC2.
Hugh Porter will provide the commentary for the times trials, and will be joined on the microphone by Chris Boardman for the road races. Jill Douglas will front the BBC1 and BBC2 shows.

EUROSPORT COVERAGE Over on British Eurosport, the coverage includes the seniors men's and women's events, plus the Under-23 races.
Studio presenters James Richardson and Rob Curling will be joined by guests including Stephen Roche and Sean Yates to offer expert analysis for the men?s and women?s events while Eurosport?s commentary team of David Harmon, Sean Kelly and Emma Davies will be on hand to guide viewers through all the action.
