Tickets for the World Track Championships are going fast ? with Saturday’s sessions already sold out.

The championships, at Manchester Velodrome from Wednesday, March 26 to Sunday, March 30 are set to sell out completely but there are still tickets available for all other days.

Saturday night is not surprisingly popular but there is some cracking racing on the other nights.

WEDNESDAY’S HIGHLIGHTS
Bradley Wiggins will aim to defend his individual pursuit title, the Great Britain trio take on the French and the Dutch in the team sprint, and Victoria Pendleton go for the first of four medals in the 500-metre time trial.

THURSDAY’S HIGHLIGHTS
Great Britain will hopefully reach the final of the team pursuit, there’s the women’s individual pursuit and the women’s team sprint finals.

FRIDAY’S HIGHLIGHTS
See the thrills of the men’s points race and sprint finals, Great Britain’s debut in the women’s team pursuit and the early rounds of the women’s sprint.

SUNDAY’S HIGHLIGHTS
The championships close with Mark Cavendish scheduled to compete in the men’s Omnium, the men’s kilometre, the women’s scratch race and the women’s Keirin.
