The second Zak Carr memorial ride will take place on Sunday October 28, to mark the second year anniversary of his tragic death.

Zak Carr was one of the country’s most promising racing cyclists, before he was tragically killed by a car on the A11 in Norfolk.

The ride will start from Madgetts Cycles in Diss, Norfolk at 9am, and is open to anyone who wishes to take part. The full distance covered is around 50 miles, at around 16mph. But there is the option of not completing the full distance if required, by joining at different points of the ride.

The route goes from Diss to Attleborough, where Zak lived, onto the bridge over the A11 and returning back to Diss.

Ride organiser Robert Hunt, said: ?There has been a good turn out previously, and I hope there a lots of riders again this year. It would be a great way to pay our respects in the best way possible to Zak.?
