Unless your surname's Dowsett, you're likely to be spending next Sunday evening cheering on Bradley Wiggins as he attempts to break the Hour Record at the Lee Valley Velodrome in London. However, if you needed any more encouragement to shout any louder at the TV then this gel giveaway from Science in Sport (SiS) may just provide it.

The sports nutrition company, which has worked with the likes of Katusha, Trek Factory Racing, and of course Team Wiggins, will be giving away 300,000 of its GO Isotonic Energy gels if Wiggins can better the 52.937km mark that Alex Dowsett set last month.
