Niccolò Bonifazio (Trek-Segafredo) shows that his skills go beyond his role in the peloton. The young rider pulls a one-handed to no-handed wheelie between stages at the Tour of California.

Such skills have added to the hype around Peter Sagan (Tinkoff), who obviously wins as often as he shows off. If Bonifazio can emulate the Slovak's winning ways as well as his tricks, he'll have a very good career indeed.

What a day. Steven Kruijswijk (LottoNL-Jumbo) repelled attacks from all his main rivals, and in the end increased his lead in the overall GC at the Giro d'Italia.

Alejandro Valaverde (Movistar) took the stage win and moved up to third with five stages remaining.

Steven Kruijswijk appeared on a lot of people's radars at the 2015 Giro d'Italia when he challenged for the king of the mountains classification and climbed with the best in the last week.

So far in 2016 he has ridden almost the perfect race: slipping unnoticed into a top five position before smashing his way to the top of the standings.
