The Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana is back after an eight year hiatus and will include Tom Boonen, who returns after crashing out of last season's Abu Dhabi Tour.
The Etixx-Quick Step rider has been out for four months since fracturing his skull in a nasty fall last October but he will line up for the five-stage race last won by Ruben Plaza in 2008.
