Trek-Segafredo's Edward Theuns shows off his core strength by jumping onto his exercise ball and squatting down for the camera

There’s not a rider in the professional peloton who can match Peter Sagan in bike handling skills, but when it comes to balancing on exercise balls then there’s one person who thinks he can out-do the world champion.

Trek-Segafredo‘s new Belgian signing Edward Theuns saw a picture tweeted by newspaper Het Nieuwsblad of Tinkoff‘s Sagan standing on his inflatable ball and balancing on top.

Not to be outdone, Theuns tweeted back with a video of himself jumping onto the ball, holding the balance like a pro and then squatting down to give a thumbs-up.

It’s probably best that you don’t try this at home, but if you do, make sure there’s a video camera filming, because you can still claim £250 from You’ve Been Framed when it goes horribly, horribly wrong.

What’s the most impressive thing you can do with an exercise ball? Tweet us pictures and videos. Nothing dodgy please…
